Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

a) Subscription Refunds:

1. No refunds are allowed for subscriptions made to the Paridhi School Bus Tracking App.

2. Subscriptions for the Paridhi School Bus Tracking App cannot be transferred, sold, or reassigned to any other party.

b) Technical Issues:

i) Refunds will only be considered if there are confirmed technical issues that restrict the app's proper functionality.

ii) To qualify for a refund, users are requested to promptly report any technical issues they encounter.

iii) Refund requests prompted by technical issues will be carefully examined and verified by our dedicated technical support team.

Cancellation Policy:

a) Subscription Cancellations:

i) Users have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any point.

ii) Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

iii) Cancellations made before the end of the billing cycle won't be liable for any kind of partial refund.

b) Service Termination:

i) Paridhi reserves the right to terminate the service or access to the app for any user violating the terms of service.

ii) In the event of service termination by Paridhi, no refunds will be initiated.

Policy Changes:

a. Paridhi reserves the right to modify the Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

b. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or other communication channels.
